The Education Committee of the Greek Association of Paediatric Surgeons was established based on the statute with the goal of continuously improving and enhancing education in the field of Paediatric Surgery.

Main objectives of the committee:

• Development of educational programs through the creation and implementation of seminars, workshops, and other activities that respond to current scientific advancements.
•  Promotion of the scientific development of new paediatric surgeons through training activities and mentorship.
• Strengthening continuing medical education for all members of the association.
• Collaboration with other similar educational committees for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and activities.
• Promotion of bibliographic research and updating.

The duration of the committee is two years. Its work is evaluated at the end of its term. Each subsequent Executive Board decides on the continuation of its operation and its composition.
